morning stretching meditation
Monday - Saturday

Morning stretching meditation is a gently heated hour long class, with the first 10-15 minutes dedicated to a centering and grounding meditation. The rest of the class is focused on the deep stretch, getting the body in tune with the mind, focusing on any injury you may have, and working through what is needed to bring the healing into the body, mind, and soul. Students who arrive early with an injury can be treated with our proprietary muscle massage oil, designed to bring extra heat and protection to the areas causing pain. This class may sometimes run over by 10-15 minutes depending on the instructor.

Aerial Yoga is a non-heated class working on our hanging silks, designed to create an additional stretch not normally obtained from just keeping your feet planted on the ground. Being suspended in the air releases tension on the bones and muscles, increasing flexibility and helps to deepen your practice. Suspended yoga strengthens core muscles and increases spinal and shoulder flexibility. Strong balance is key to your daily activities, and aerial yoga helps maintain a good balance both inside and out. Aerial yoga requires a 1 day advance registration.

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement.” Our Vinyasa class has both physical and mental benefits. Physically, your body will sweat and release toxins to re-energize our bodies as this is a gently heated class. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout our bodies.
You will also gain cardiovascular benefits that are much different then gym routines and muay thai classes. Vinyasa is a fast-paced practice as compared to the other forms of Hatha Yoga. You can lose up to 450 calories in a Vinyasa Flow class, and more when added with heat.

The original “grandfather” of hot yoga, our Bikram yoga class is in a gently warmed environment, not the typical 115 degrees it normally is set at due to our warm tropical climate in Phuket. This class is designed to classically follow a set of 26 poses and 2 different breathing techniques.
Bikram’s evenly paced moves are low-impact, making this a great choice for runners, fighters, lifters, and basically anyone with sore joints. It’s been shown that this form of yoga can boost your strength, flexibility, and even aid weight loss. We welcome you to try a walk-in class with Kru Nong whenever you are in town!
hot yoga wellness-therapy

Combining a modality of styles from vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, and bikram, we have created a class designed for the athlete, fighter and beginner. Dedicating 60 minutes to our heated hot yoga therapy class, we go deeper into poses, hold longer, focus on breath work, form and pay attention to the body every moment.
Come early to get special injuries worked on with our special heat inducing massage oil, and discuss any physical limitations you may have with our instructor. Then get your spot on the mats before class fills up and get ready to experience yoga like never before.
In this class we will pay attention to each of your levels, offering variations of moves for beginner to advance, and don’t worry there is no-judgment here, we all support each other in our goals towards creating a strong core, flexible spin, healthy mind, and everyone here is perfect the way you come!

90 minutes that usually runs over, you will find our instructors will make themselves available 7 days a week for private classes of any style. Incorporating meditation, coaching, and yoga instruction this is your chance to have a one-on-one experience with the instructor you most resonate with.
